We are a UL listed plastic component manufacturer.  Our production concentrates in two areas: precision molding and packaging industry.  For precision molding, we supply to automobile and telecoms industries.  For packaging, we operate clean room production for food application.  Our operation meets tight production controls demanded by the toughest industrial requirements.   Our production capabilities include:

The followings are facts of our operation:

Annual Sales
We have been producing plastic parts since 2001.  Projected 2006 business volume is USD 13 millions. 

RoHS 
Since the beginning of 2005, all materials used for Chung Hing Industry production are in keeping with RoHS requirements.  Lead free solder is used for all production. 

Materials use 
These are some of the materials we can make: 

ABS, Glass reinforced Nylon, HDPE, HIPS, LDPE, PET, PBT, PC, PP, PS, PPS, LCP, and Teflon

Materials with unto 40% glass fiber has been regularly used in production.  All materials used in food packaging products are made from FDA approved materials.
