What does Chung Hing Industry do?
 Our Metal Fabrication business covers the following operations:

High speed stamping
We are capable to stamp complicated shapes out of metals of 0.05 to 0.5mm thick in a speed up to 1,800 rpm.

Sheet metal fabrication
We have a large sheet metal enclosure production of the highest standard.

Precision machining
We make most of our molds and toolings in-house and is capable of producing precision machined parts.

Silk-screen/transfer printing and Powder Coating
We have our own in-house powder coating and silk-screen/transfer printing facilities to provide any type of surface finish you prefer.

Facts about our metal fabrication operation
 The followings are facts of our operation:

Annual Sales
In year 2004, we have a metal products sales of USD 11 millions. Our projected sales for this business in 2005 and 2006 are USD 15 millions and USD 22 millions, respectively.

Achievements
We began our operation in 2000 with little knowledge of the industry. With our abilities and wills to experiment and to improve, we have mastered the knowhow in high speed stamping within the same year we started the operation. Our ideas are so unique and effective that a 7% material saving was achieved on the first project. This saving was more than enough to pay for all the manufacturing costs. Armed with this strength, we went on to successfully winning a business deal from Toyota. Our achievements were publicly acknowledged in seven Japanese newspapers in 2003.
